34 character system generated admin username for R7000

I ran through the set up program I got   . xxxxxx is where I've replaced the actual text , so I'm not broadcasting my passwords. But Look at the  Admin Username. !    Trust me I did not create this. ...

Can you log into the router via a wired lan connection then you could access the routers gui without using the mobile device. Are you the the admin users name you said the devices has is not used by the device and not the router.

Yes I can login in through a broswer, but I would like to use the app.   The app's login  screen  won't allow the user name to be changed., so i can't login with a name other thatn admin.

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Have you tried resetting the router?

      firmware is V1.0.9.12_1.2.23

       

      I've rebooted, but not reset.  How do I do that?
