Admin password

I have tried and tried to use my app but I cannot get passed the admin password. I have tried to reset using the instructions given and it will not go passed my security questions. The continue button is missing on my laptop but I can get to security questions on my phone but then it just stops. Please help. I cannot update anything and cannot use my app at all.

  • Which app? Where does this "phone" come into the picture?

     

    I see no indication that the EX7000 supports mobile apps.

     

    In general, WiFi Access Points work through the browser interface.

     

    Take us through what you are doing and where it goes wrong.

    you can feed in the model number and find all the documentation for your hardware.

      I am doing exactly what the instructions on the application says to recover or change the admin password on laptop and my phone.

        Netgear does not do phone support. You can get them to call you if you register your device and then start a support request on MyNetgear.

         

        Your screen shot tells me nothing much. What does it come from?

         

        How about answering some of my earlier questions?
