Anywhere Access option for RAX43
Hey Team.
Im struggling to find an option to remotely shut my children off the internet using my RAX43 when I saw that Anywhere Access would be the perfect solution.
I cannot connect to the router on my phone unless I am connected to the WIFI at home. Using all of the information I could find, it appears Anywhere Access isnt an option to select in my settings. I have only Router Settings, WIFI Settings and Security.
Do I have to pay for this access through a subscription in the security section? I have seen other pics on this forum showing anwhere access is an option but mine says security.
Any help would be greatly appreciated or even another way to remotely shut off the internet from a know it all 18 year old.
What FW is loaded on the router?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What phone or pad platform are you using?

Hey.
Thanks for the reply. I reset the router and reinstalled the app with no apparent effect. Then went to try again a few days later and the option for Anywhere Access was on my setting and works perfectly away from my WIFI.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
