Attached Devices / Network Map

My Samsung TV does not show up in the Network Map in Netgear Genie nor Attached Devices when I login on routerlogin.com. The TV is currently connected to the internet and streaming YouTube.

    Hi AEJsMom,

     

    1. What is the firmware version of the device?

    2. Is the TV connected via WiFi? If yes, please try hardwiring the TV to the device and check if the issue persists.

    3. Please make sure the TV is connected to the correct SSID/WiFi.
