AX5200 Devicemanager issues

When I click the device manger in netgear app on iPhone I get an error. I have latest iOS and netgear app on iPhone 12 Pro.

I assume that we are talking about the RAX48 here. AX5200 is a wifi speed indicator.

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

    Correct, it is RAX48. I had deleted and reinstalled the app, but was experiencing the same issues . This time, after reinstalling the App I configured the router from scratch. Now I am not seeing the issue. Thank you for your response.
