AX5200 Devicemanager issues

When I click the device manger in netgear app on iPhone I get an error. I have latest iOS and netgear app on iPhone 12 Pro.

I assume that we are talking about the RAX48 here. AX5200 is a wifi speed indicator.

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
