Bug genie 3.1.12 android traffic meter not displaying data
The traffic meter is not displaying data even when enabled.

Works for me - Genie 3.1.12, Nexus 6P, Android 7.1.2 (beta loop), R9000 1.0.2.16 (Beta)
Probably managed device specific?

Netgear R7000 firmware v1.0.7.10_1.2.3
Neither genie apps 3.1.12 are displaying data on the traffic monitor graphs
On the router's www.routerlogin.net, advanced home - LAN Port - Show Statistics is showing data for WAN and the 2.4G WLAN b/g/n and the 5G WLAN a/n/ac
So the r7000 router appears to be gathering the data but the data is either
1. Genie not requesting the data from the router
2. Router not doing the calculations and storing the averages
The Genie updated to v4.0 on my Amdroid and the problem seems to be resolved now.

Source? Noting like a 4.0 in Play Store. Suspect you mixed the App version (here: 3.1.12 around since around end of February, same as in the subject) with the [much to high] 4.0 Stars...
Well possible, there are dependencies with the router model and currently installed firmware - please provide details.
