C7000 Nighthawk Parental Control not working by specific device

I have the C7000 Comcast cable modem router and have the genie app installed on my mac and iphone 6plus. I can set the global parental control for any user through opendns but I am not able to set configure device specific web content filtering from the network map in the genie app. The app shows the device is configured to high to block video sharing but I'm still able to get to youtube and espn.  Anyone solve this?

    If this is a leased device from Comcast you should contact them.

      I like that store (Westmont). Have you tried entering those sites in block sites in the router setup?
