Can not change admin password on R6220 router. USING V1.1.0.34_1.0.1 Genie software and Windows10.ty

Can not change admin password on R6220 router. Using Genie V1.1.0.34_1.0.1 software on Windows10 hardwired computer. Option to change admin password not shown anywhere.
Option not shown on mobile version of Genie either.

        Yes, I used the mobile app and was finally able to get to a screen where I could change the administrative password.  I had benn using a desktop computer that did not have wireless capability.  It seems that you must use a wireless connection.
