Cannot see connected devices
I have a Netgear Nighthawk R7000. It is about 5 years old and has worked fine until recently. Devices still have a stable connection, however, in my Nighthawk App, I no longer see all my connected devices listed. I noticed it about a month ago. This past weekend, at least 8 items were not showing in the app but were actively connected to. I tried a factory reset today on the router. Everything is connecting fine, but now the only item that shows up on connected devices is my Ring Doorbell.
The connected devices page in the web browser matches whatever the app is doing at each point.
Any suggestions?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What mobile platform are you using?
What Nighthawk app version are you using?
