cant do anything in the netgear app or through netgear genie
ive been trying to update my router with the nighthawk app i have a c6300v2. when i open the app and login, all i can see is the router model, and 2 options to click on , "open routerlogin.net" or "connect with anywhere access". so if i click on login.net, I'm brought to the website and it only tells me how to use the app, and then when i click on anywhere access, it tells me no devices are available and i need to go into my app settings to access that feature but i physically cant do anything in the app other than click on those 2 options there's no settings or anything i tried clicking on the picture of the router to see if that would do anything and that doesn't work either. ive also tried to update the router through the netgear genie but there's no option in there for updates either so how am i supposed to update it if i have no way to do so?

What browser are you using?
Does logging into the modems web page at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 work?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches before entering the web page.
Try a different browser.
Be sure to scroll down the bottom of the web page to find the link that has something mentioning that you don't have a mobile device.
What mobile platform are you using?
