Circle profiles gone
Hello
My Circle profiles just disappeared. I performed a Circle Profiles backup and it appeared successfull. However, few minutes later I realised that the Circle profiles are gone instead. The app on my phone says that the last backup was performed in April and when I try to use that backup to restore the profiles, it says "Restore failed!".
My setup is Orbi RBR50 router with three satellites. Firmware version is 2.7.3.22.
This is not the first time it happened to me but so far I was always able to use the backup. Also I can see other discussions in this community reporting lost Circle profiles. Not very reasurring.
Anybody any idea what to do please?
