Correcting CAX30 connectivity

Since trying to reconnect to the internet I can no longer access my nighthawk app. Using the reset and default password do not work. Any suggestions?

What FW version is loaded on the CAX30?&nbsp;
Other than the NH app not working, is the CAX30 working otherwise?&nbsp;

The devices I am trying to use the NightHawk app on are iPhones; a 7series and a 10 series.&nbsp; Still can not enter the app with an admin password even after resetting the modem.

Be sure any WiFi private IP address features are disabled on Apple devices.&nbsp;
