D7000 keeps dropping internet connection
Just last week brought the netgear nighthawk d7000 to replace my standard one I got with my ISP.
I have vdsl and set up with all genie etc for what seems successfully
Since the beginning it keeps dropping connection, to look at the devices they are connected but when opening a page it says not connected. Once I reboot the router it is fine for a few hours and then have to start all over again.
Is running latest firmware and I have completely reset the router and started again twice with no difference.
Also notice that when trying to register this new product it says already registered but that's impossible as new out of box.
Serial number is 4bb259bc00276.
I just spent 45 mins on hold trying to ring service support and then after speaking for a minute was cut off.
All I want is an Internet connection that doesn't keep dropping!!!
Please help.

Hi @Jmrs,
1. Are all devices affected (wired and wireless)?
2. Can you please specify the firmware version of the device?
3. Have you tried performing a firmware re-flash? If not, I recommend doing so then reset and reconfigure the device. You may refer to the links below for the steps.
