Hi doxa2u,
You can try to change the LPC (Live Parental Controls) password through the forgot password option if you have access to the email that you have registered. You can go to https://netgear.opendns.com/sign_in.php.

No go ... it is useless ... nothing works ... I can go on line through a browser and access the router. But I cannot access the parental controls through Genie app .. also I cannot access router settings through Genie App. I can go to the router, 192.168.1.1 and put in admin and default password .. no problem .. Genie app is useless cannot access through it

1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?
2. Please try using another device (Android, iOS, another computer).
3. Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the error message?
4. Please try uninstalling and re-installing the app.
5. Have you tried resetting the router?
