Desktop Application Netgeargenie will not except any password attempts
I can access my router through the browswer no problem!!! My modem was replaced due to faulty previous one. When I launch the Desktop Appliacation Netgear Genie no password will work. I have tried an previouse parental control password ... no good Tried default and no good Tried the one on the router ... no good I have searched the hard drive trying to find where password might live to no avail. I have a teenager in the house and trying to limit access and access times .... Nothing works and the browser version does not give me parental control rights. Dan
