Device manager issue

I am unable to access my device manager. It is telling me there’s a problem and to try again. I am connected to the WiFi and the app is connected to the router. I can’t reboot the router or check for firmware updates.

Where are you doing this? Mobile app? iOS or Android?

What is the exact message that you get? Is this with Anywhere Access or Local Connection?

Many experienced users prefer using web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI) to do that.

I've seen a ton of posts lately with app issues. Are you able to log in through the browser and check it?

      Oh so true.

The apps are, to adapt the words of the late great Douglas Adams, mostly useless.
