Device manager issue
I am unable to access my device manager. It is telling me there’s a problem and to try again. I am connected to the WiFi and the app is connected to the router. I can’t reboot the router or check for firmware updates.

I can’t reboot the router or check for firmware updates. Many experienced users prefer using web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI) to do that.

One good reason for doing that is that the app check for firmware isn't always right. This is the most reliable approach:

I've seen a ton of posts lately with app issues. Are you able to log in through the browser and check it?

Oh so true.
The apps are, to adapt the words of the late great Douglas Adams, mostly useless.
