The device manager on my iPhone app (version 2.43.1.1) no longer works after performing a mandatory firmware update v1.0.9.44_1. Is there a problem with the firmware update?

What do you mean by no longer works? What iPhone model do you have? What iOS is loaded on the phone? The app no longer shows any devices, it was working fine before the firmware update. iPhone SE 2022 IOS 18.3.1 Do not see Protection engine under advanced/security. Access control is enabled and set to allow. Mac address on iPhone is set to rotating

Devices are being seen on the routers web page for connected devices using a web browser? One question I have is: Do you need to have Armor to see the Devices? Yes Devices are being seen on the routers web page for connected devices. I logged out of the Browser and closed the app on my iPhone I have rebooted the router. I have also done a factory reset and reentered the SSID's on the web page. Devices are being seen on the Browser. I opened the app and logged in and everything is working fine except the Device Manager shows (Devices Online 0)

What do you mean by no longer works?

What iPhone model do you have?

What iOS is loaded on the phone?
