Device manager no longer works after updating firmware on RAX5 Firmware version v1.0.9.44_1
The device manager on my iPhone app (version 2.43.1.1) no longer works after performing a mandatory firmware update v1.0.9.44_1. Is there a problem with the firmware update?

What do you mean by no longer works?
What iPhone model do you have?
What iOS is loaded on the phone?

The app no longer shows any devices, it was working fine before the firmware update.

Do not see Protection engine under advanced/security. Access control is enabled and set to allow.
Mac address on iPhone is set to rotating

Devices are being seen on the routers web page for connected devices using a web browser?
Try this and see if it brings back seeing devices under device manager:
