DGN2200v4 as a leader for repeater
Good day! I have the DGN2200v4 router and I'd like to connect to it my second wi-fi router - Zyxel Keenetic Start as a repeater. But I can't force them to work together. It seems, that DGN2200v4 c...

I'm trying to create a repeater. The connection supposes to be wireless. Wherein Netgear will be as a "Master", and Zyxel as a "Slave".

If you want the DGN2200v4 to receive wifi and pass it on to other devices, you are probably out of luck. Only some routers do that.
You can turn it into a wired access point. See page 85 of the manual.

Not that way.
I want the another router (Zyxel) receives wi-fi from DGN2200v4 and pass it down. For many other routers it is not necessary to make any additional steps. But instructions from internet say that I need to turn on this function in configuration.
For instance look at the screenshot from the internet for another Netgear Router.

There is a special option in menu "Wi-Fi repeater function". In Russian "Функция ретрансляции Wi-Fi".
In my web-configurator there is no such option.

I found interesting idea at the topic about WNR2000v4. It's here.
It says that in the new firmware there is no Wireless Repeating Function (security needs). As a solution, it is proposed to downgrade the firmware.
Can this solution be aplicable to my router?
May be somebody has an older firmware on his router. Is there "Wireless Repeating Fuction" in the menu?

The DGN2200v4 was never designed to be a wifi repeater. But as I explained you can use it as a wired access point.
Using old firmware will not add a feature that was never designed into your DGN2200v4.
It still is not clear to me what you are trying to do. When I asked if you want the DGN2200v4 to be a repeater, you said no, you want your Zyxel modem to repeat what comes from the DGN2200v4.
This is what you actually said:
another router (Zyxel) receives wi-fi from DGN2200v4 and pass it down
I don't know what "pass it down" means, so I guessed "wifi repeater".
So we still don't know if you want the DGN2200v4 to be wired to your internet source. If so, then I showed you which bit of the manual explains how to do that.
Remember, your DGN2200v4 is a modem/router. This is not the same as a simple router. Netgear designs modem/routers to do different things.
