Hello all, I purchased yesterday a RAX40. 

Everything is fine regarding the setup / connectivity / perf.

However, the Android app (didn't tested iOS app yet) is very, very slow to access functionalities. It takes ages to load pagesn either locally or remotely.

Are you facing the same issue or is it linked to a specific setting I could have missed ?

    Hi benoit_fr, welcome to the community! What version of the app do you have installed as well as the Android version the device is running on? Does a reinstall fix the issue?

      Hi Dexter,

      Thanks for answering : my android version is 2.4.2.276 and Android phone version is 9.1

      A reinstall "seems" to fasten the login and connection but it's quite slow compared to previous app for routers I've experienced.

      However it's surpringly faster when not using local Wifi connectivity (4G or Office connection)

      I have 1Gb/s DL / 60 Mb/s UL connectivity.
