Error codes and will not let me make any changes
Sorry I gave the wrong information. It’s a Nighthawk 8000 P and still after I login will not let me make any changes every time I try to do an update it says error every time I try to make any change...
What kind of errors are you seeing?
Does this happen on other mobile devices with the NH app loaded on it?
Can you make changes that you need to the routers web page using a web browser?
FYI, the R8000P is EoL so possible that the NH app has progressed into newer versions and may not be fully compatible anymore.
