Please identify the model number of this router and the Internet Service Provider (ISP) equipment that it is connected to.
If the WAN IP address is a 'private' IP address, then the router is not connected directly to the ISP network. For example, the ISP may have installed a WiFi router (which has the public IP address) and your router is connected to it.
