Thanks for the reply. The Nighthawk app is showing 192.168.1.1 as the IP Address (internal) and the External IP Address is 100.80.1.109 (This is the private IP my ISP confirmed is correct). I have tried rebooting the router and I have also unplugged the modem for a couple of minutes, two times. Nothing changes on the IP addresses.
Sling indicated that they are seeing my IP address as 0.0.0.0. I cannot see where they are seeing this, that is what they told me. I am not sure if it is in my Sling account as I cannot log into when using the router due to Sling seeing my IP address as 0.0.0.0. I may try to log in later when I can connect directly to the modem with wireless disabled.

FWIW, that is in the address space reserved for carrier-grade NAT.
But if the problem was caused by CGNAT, then it should also fail when you are directly connected to the modem.
Might be worth confirming that you can access Sling on your phone with the phone connected to mobile data (not wifi). I suspect that will work.
Another test is to temporarily put your laptop in the DMZ of your router, and see if that works. That would let us know if the NAT firewall in the router is somehow getting in the way.
Do you have parental controls enabled in the router?
