External IP Address is a private IP

Really appreciate everyone's help on this. I am not sure what happened but I am now able to access Sling TV on all devices. Checked the IPs in the Nighthawk app and nothing changed. I didn't change any other settings (I do not have parental control set anywhere). I am not sure what changed - maybe that router reboot I did again yesterday just took some time to set everything back to normal? I don't know, this is a mystery to me! Thanks again for everyone's help on this!
