Genie Apps not accepting router password
I get " Login Failed. Please re-enter the correct admin password for your NETGEAR router." I get that on both mobile and desktop versions of genie. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

Didnt work.- gartaudAspirantThe Genie app does not work for me if IPv6 is enabled on the router. Did you enable IPv6 on the router by any chance? If so try disabling it.

I didnt enable it. I checked to be sure and its disabled. - Mark_KTutorHow did you check it if you cant log in?
