Genie cant connect to R8500 (Web Interface works)

Hello together

 

I cant connect to my router using Netgear Genie, it only works throug the Web Interface. The Error is: Login failed. Timeout at router-answer.

 

Do sombody know what causes this Error or can help me?

    1. What is the operating system of the device experiencing the issue?

    2. What is the firmware version of the router?

    3. What version of the NETGEAR Genie do you have installed?

    4. Please try uninstalling and re-installing the program/app.

    5. Please try using another device (Android, iOS, another computer) to login.
