Genie will not recognise A6210

Just got A6210. Plugged into USB 3 port on AsusX550C with R7000 in use as AC router. Genie does not recognise A6210 (searches for A6210 but gives up after a couple of minutes searching stating no adapter found). However, wireless network works fine at both 5GHz and 2.4Ghz and inSSIDer shows good signal strength for both. Anybody have the same problem? (Not really a problem as everything seems to be OK except Genie.)

    Hi gatow528,

     

    Please try disabling the built-in Wi-Fi adapter of the laptop and check if the NETGEAR Genie detects the A6210 adapter.
