Having trouble with my CAX80 and XFinity

Hi,

 

I have been having some issues with XFinity and my CAX80 modem/router.  They rebooted it and it solved the streaming issue, but now the CAX80 doesn't show up in the Netgear mobile app as available.  Also, the webpage for it does not include my Armor subscription.  I logged directly into the Netgear Armor website and it says that I'm active.  Something is wrong.

 

My home network has the CAX80 as a router/modem and I have a RAX120 as an access point.  Any help is really appreciated as I want to make sure my network is secure with Armor.

  • Turn OFF the RAX120 to see if the NH app will connect to the CAX80

      ok, I will try tonight.  The RAX120 was actually the trouble with the Xfinity streaming issue.  It had to be rebooted at the same time the CAX80 was rebooted to get the Comcast to work.
