Live Parental Control - Not working with R7000
Hi Team,
We are facing an issue with LPC - OpenDNS account. Whenever tried user defined password always getting an error message as "Incorrect Password". But when tried with @@@@@@@@@@Pd1 it worked. But on the next screen getting an error message "There is no NETGEAR Router is associated with this Router" thereon unable to proceed. When checked with NETGEAR support they replied to wait for the next firmware release.
TSH done so far..
#1. FV update / downgrade
#2. Hard reset
#3. Uninstalled / Reinstalled NETGEAR Genie
#4. Tried with different PC / OS
Is there any other TSH missed out?
Is this issue occuring with one particular Router or will all the devices?
What is the work around?
How long it takes for NETGEAR Engineering Team to come up with the update?
