MR60 Nighthawk and Google Nest mini - unable to connect
There have been posts on this subject over the last few years but no reliable solution.
I have an MR60 with two satellites. It has latest firmware. It has many devices including Google cameras with no problem, also Amazon Alexa
I connect a Nest Mini to my Google Home app and it goes through the process fine, then tells me it can't see it and they must be on different networks. Says I must have App Isolation enabled. I don't as it's not even an option
I've tried the various differnt things suggested and reinstalled everything. I've spent hours on it. I was onto Google support and they've sent me a new Nest Mini just to get rid of me I think. Same problem still exists.
What is going on with this Mesh Router. Very annoying.

Does the Nest Mini appear on the Attached Devices page with an IP address?
Connected to the same WiFi as the phone running the Home app?
(see page 103 of the User Manual: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/MK62/MK62_UM_EN.pdf )
A common troubleshooting step is to 'ping' the device on the network. Unfortunately, Google did not configure the Nest Mini to respond to ICMP requests ('ping').

I do not have the same WiFi system. I do have a Nest Mini, which has been connected to two different Orbi WiFi systems. I just did a Factory Reset on the Nest Mini and set it up using the Google Home app on an Android phone.
App 'sees' the Nest.
Nest responds to voice commands.
Was not aware of numerous reports. Will check the Nighthawk forum to see what others have been saying.
