MR80/MS80 no device found under "Network Map"
I set up my first MR80/MS80 mesh system yesterday. Today when I opened the app, under "Network Map", I see "No connected device found" under each router, except for one device that is wired to the MR80. I am pretty sure I was able to see the devices after it was initially set up yesterday.
I can see all the devices under "Device Manager", I can find which router they're connected to by logging into the router's IP address using admin privilege and they appear to be working correctly. But I simply need the "Network Map" function to work and it should.
All my devices and apps are up-to-date. I have tried restarting the routers, reinstalling the app, resetting up the network, no luck. I don't want to reset the routers because it might work for a little while and then it would stop working again according to other people's complaints and my initial set up was already a proof. This simply is not a sustainable solution.
Can anyone help solve this issue?

what firmware is on the router?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?

Firmware is 1.1.6.6 across the system. Modem is Arris SB6190 - I doubt this has anything to do with this problem though.
I was able to reproduce this issue today by uninstalling and reinstalling the App:
After the installation, the app became normal ***for a short period of time*** - The connected devices showed up under "Network Map". And under "Device Manager", I was even able to see which mesh device my devices were connected to.
HOWEVER, when I opened the App a few minutes later, something changed and the problem happened again. I was able to notice a few nuances:
1) When opening the app, there were a couple of pop-up screen asking for subscription - this isn't a surprise I guess, but it did not appear right after I installed the app.
2) The layout of the dashboard items has changed!!! New notification dots showed up in the dashboard for: "Security", "Internet Speed" and "Parental Control". "Security" also has a expiration warning.
3) "Device Manager" now has a white background (used to be black), and its default name is "Home" (used to be "All"). I can NO LONGER find which mesh device my devices are connected to!!! HOW COME???
4) The main problem - Network Map no longer shows connected devices.
Anyone can help? This is really bizarre.
Right after the installation (when it's normal):
A few minutes later when opening the app:
Does it show up normal through the browser? I've never trusted the app to much
