Need assistance from customer support please.

Needed your help on:

*Mobile App

- I tried logging in on Username: admin and Password as password with no luck. It’s not allowing me to log in.
- what am I doing wrong.

* Router itself

- It seems to lag quite often especially in the evenings.
- what can I do to fix this problem.

* Nighthawk extender:

- I was able to sync it with my router and I see all solid Green on both 2.4 and 5Ghz
- Still couldn’t find it when searching for networks.
- what can I do to fix this problem.

    This is the community forums. If you want to contact support, go to the top and click mynetgear . You'll need to register your devices and then you can go through the contact support from there. Thats the route to contact support.

      I did all of the registering and still no support

        so you go:

        mynetgear-->mysupport-->contact support-->(choose which option best reflects your desire) top option is the forums, 2nd option is support, 3rd option is replacement, if you choose the 2nd option it'll let you select your device and tell you if you're still within your 90 day free support window of if you'd need to pay for support. follow the prompts from there.
