Netgear Genie App for Android - Login Remote access
Hi, I am unable to login remotely to my Genie app (outside of router/wifi coverage). Model: AC1900 Nighthawk. The desktop App does not have an option to Login as REMOTE ACCESS. Refer screen shot. Please help. Thanks.

If you are in the process of setting up remote login via NETGEAR Genie for Android then the link below may help you out.
Make sure that the Android device is connected to your own network. You can reset the router if the password issue persists.

Please make sure you have gone through setting up the Remote Login feature of your device through the NETGEAR Genie app/program. You can check the link below for the steps.

The link you provided if for desktop. I need android. There is no option for login as on android genie app. Default login is admin and you can't change it. I had password as passwotrd and says is wrong. Changed password and tried again, still dsdsays wrong. Please help
