netgear Genie crash on surface Pro 3

Question

Hi Everybody !&nbsp;Anybody has any insight ? I can run Netgear genie on a Surface pro 1, on a laptop, on Asus Vivo pc, all either with windows 7 or windows 10.&nbsp;&nbsp;But on my Surface Pro 3, it always crash 2 seconds after start of the softwares. Tried all the compatibily function provided in windows to still no successs..&nbsp;any insight ??&nbsp;&nbsp;

1. What version of NETGEAR Genie do you have installed?

2. Has it worked before with a previous version?

3. Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the error message?

4. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

1) The last version of course2) It has worked with a previous version, but I cannot be sure which one.3) General error message (windows) : The software has stopped working........4) Of course :)&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you.&nbsp;&nbsp;
