Netgear Nighthawk RAX48 Port Forwarding on Port 80

I have an application running on a raspberry pi on my local network that is setup through a netgear router. To access this from the internet, I have set port 80 to be forwarded to the pi, which is causing a conflict since the web interface used to change router settings also uses port 80. I have tried to use a different port, but this causes issues, as the application I'm running needs a letsencrypt certificate that cannot use a different port number. I have searched for ways to change the port that the router's web interface connects to and found this link. https://kb.netgear.com/20600/How-do-I-enable-or-disable-Remote-Management-on-my-NETGEAR-router

In step 6b it mentions changing the port, but when I go to the remote management setting (ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Web Services Management), the only option I see is a checkbox labeled "Always use HTTPS to Access Router". Does anyone know why I cannot see other settings on the web services management page? Is there some other way to change the port?

Netgear has been playing around with Remote Management.

Why is the Remote Management feature being removed from NETGEAR routers? - NETGEAR Support

It now allows limited use of remote tools via Anywhere Access.

Remote Management is now Anywhere Access in the Nighthawk and Orbi apps | Answer | NETGEAR Support

You may have to find other ways to reach your destination.

Thanks, that is helpful. My new idea is to make it so the router can only be access through http and not through https. This would allow all traffic through port 80 using https to go to the port forwarded device. However, I'm unsure if there is a way to implement this. I unchecked the box in my router settings that says to always use https to access router, but this still doesn't mean that it is unaccessible through https. Is there a way to do this?
