Wireless works but no wired internet connection after Windows 10 installed. Up dated Genie and did the work around. Worked for a while on and off. now nothing????

Was this issue resolved by anyone? I have been getting the run around from netgear support for over 3 weeks now. It happens on all my devices. Win7 Win10 iOS Sierra and with different web browsers as well Safari IE Chrome. This is very frustrating.

What is the model number and firmware version of the router? 2. Have you tried resetting the router? 3. Configuring repeating settings:First, you need to connect your wireless router device which you wish to function as the repeater to the computer using the standard Ethernet cable.Then, login to the Netgear router by typing 192.168.1.254 ip address in to the address bar of your web browser. I'm getting the same error after downloading the latest version of Netgear Genie for iPhone. Nothing on my network has changed except for this app in over a year. In home wifi works everyday and all devices can communicate. I have a WNDR3400v2 router and I'm trying to access the router as I have every week in the past from an iPhone running iOS Vers. 9.3.5.

1. What is the model number and firmware version of the router?
