Netgenie issues with WNDR3700v3
Hello -- I'm hoping y'all can help me. I have a Netgear WNDR3700v3 router w / the latest formware (V1.0.0.38_1.0.31). I am also running the latest Netgenie (2.4.16.00) as I had to upgrade for use with WIN10. Now when I launch Netgenie and I try to go to the ROUTER SETTINGS section, Netgenie cannot login to the router. I know the credentials are correct as I've logged in via web browser to the router management interface. The router is at the default 192.168.1.1 address and I have even specified it explicitly in the Netgenie Router Login screen.
In addtion, when I select Parental Controls in Netgenie, it cannot identify my router and states that it appears that I am running an unsupported router or that I'm not connected to the Internet via the router -- which I most defintely am. I've checked and the WNDR3700v3 is on the Netgenie Parental Controls supported router list.
Note: I have disabled AV and Windows Firewall and the issues remain.
All worked fabulously with the prior formware and prior Netgenie under Win8 along with Netgear OpenDNS and OpenDNS User Utilkity for by-pass.
I could really use some help here. Especiually since I cannot use Parental Control by-pass.
Thanks!!

Update -- If I use the WEB Admin portal to reboot the router, Netgenie issues described disappear for a few minutes allowing me to enter Router Settings and Parental Controls. After a few minutes it stops working again exhibiting the issues described in the OP. Another reboot via web and it works again -- for a few minutes.

Hi ripper2860,
1. Have you tried using another computer/device (another computer, smartphone, tablet) with the NETGEAR Genie installed?
2. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the NETGEAR Genie program from the Windows 10 computer?
3. Did you upgrade the computer from Windows 8 to Windows 10?
4. Did you perform a factory reset after the router firmware update?

Dexter,
Thanks. I've been rather busy and just had the opportunity to check for a repsonse. Below are your answers ...
1. Have you tried using another computer/device (another computer, smartphone, tablet) with the NETGEAR Genie installed? (On Android phone it says 'Network Connection is busy -- try again later or reboot your router'. I can try another computer, but it's Win 10, as well.)
2. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the NETGEAR Genie program from the Windows 10 computer? (Yes - Several times)
3. Did you upgrade the computer from Windows 8 to Windows 10? (Yes)
4. Did you perform a factory reset after the router firmware update? (No. I've done a lot of configurations changes from default. I have a lot of reserved IPs and settings for my wireless and Multimedia streaming. Anyway to save the setting and re-apply them after a reset?)
