Network genie
I left my customer with working internet on Saturday by Monday the Network Genie had pop up messages all over the screen and he had lost connectivity. So...is there any way to go back to normal route...

What do these messages say?
The genie is probably responding to a lost connection rather than causing it.
Oh, and you refer to the genie. This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac application, or an Android iThing app. I assume it is the desktop app.
