NH App Features and Interface
Hello everyone. For some strange reason, I don’t have the ability to block devices from my Nighthawk app. Note I don’t share my cax80 or network with anyone so it’s not as if there is someone else who should have any access to my app. Although I have been dealing with an individual who has been compromising and hijacking my network and devices in the past. When I set up my network using the Nighthawk app, my interface has me under a home profile and within that profile any devices all I can do is pause them. Something tells me that that is a profile created by someone who possibly has control of mine admin login. I’ve verified that my device is registered under my email and my firmware is up-to-date so I’m not sure what’s happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The screen shot says the Nighthawk app is not connected to the router. My guess is that the option to Pause (i.e. "Block") is not available when the app is not connected to the router.
