Nighthawk app Device Manager pause not affecting two iPads
I've been using the Nighthawk app with a RAX45 router and it mostly works well. I use Profiles to pause and resume access for the kids.
Two devices (both iPads of different vintages) in one Profile suddenly stopped pausing when the Profile was paused. Every other device in the profile paused as expected. I can individually pause them by swiping left but they don't pause if I just pause the entire profile. What setting am I missing?
App is Ver 2.11.6.0
Firmware V1.0.2.82

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Nighthawk App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Nighthawk App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "NH router" forum.
