Nighthawk App (formerly up)

Hi, I just downloaded the Nighthawk app on my phone. Went to log in and it aks for an account. I tried logging in with my "My Netgear" account, but doesn't work. Do I need to create another account for this??

    Oops ! maybe I should have added that the "My Netgear" account let me log in here.

    MyNetgear now lets you into everything Netgear. In the past you could use separate credentials to get into here. I still do.

     

    Here at least, the Nighthawk app uses the same details as MyNetgear

      As per the Which routers support the NETGEAR Nighthawk app? the tagged D7000|Nighthawk AC1900 VDSL/ADSL Modem Router is not supported by the Nighthawk App.
