Nighthawk app logon time out
I have an AC1900 and can't login to the app.
I've unplugged the router to reset.
Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Restarted phone.
I haven't done a factory reset on it because I'm worried that I can't logon to set it up if that doesn't work.

AC1900 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You don't say what happens when you try to login.
