Nighthawk App not logging in on local connection

Can't login to any of my Routers/Extenders using the nighthawk app, basically just says logon timed out tells me to reboot, after looking at the app reviews am not the only one 😑 any help would be great 👍

    And what are these Routers/Extenders?

     

    And what is this Nighthawk app? Android? iOS?

     

    Then there is the modem/gateway/ONT that connects these things to the Internet. What is it? Make and model?

     

    Has this just started happening? Is this a new setup?

     

    Apologies for all the questions. But you can help people to help you by providing the information suggested in this forum's header:

     


    Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
    Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
    Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)

      Extender: Nighthawk X6 AC2200, FWV: Not updated as yet can't install.
      Modem: Virgin Hub 3.0, 500mb Speed
      Nighthawk App: Android: FWV: 2.20.3.2515

        The Extender is not a Netgear model number that I recognise. An extender would be something like EX7700.

         

        Virgin provides modem/routers. How is your Virgin Hub 3.0, a somewhat aged model, configured? As a modem/router or in bridge (modem only) mode.

         

        How is the Rax120 set up? Router or Access Point mode?
