NightHawk APP Set up

Hello,

 

Just purchased a Nightwawk router AX5 and having a problem with the app set up.  My laptop and phone are able to log into the internet via the router.  My problem is with the app.  First at setup it takes several tries to find the router (many times I get "Router not Found".  When it does locate the router I get a "check cables" error message.  Need some advice.

      Good advice, but Netgear makes it harder to do this with every "step forward".

       

      You may have to look closely at the screens that pop up and check for any "I don't have a mobile" wording. (I can't remember the exacts text.)

       

      Then rhere are things that simply aren't avaiulable on the browser graphical user interface (GUI), such as Anywhere Access.
