Nighthawk app: Unable to access "Account Management'" page - Shows white screen with blue title bar
Nighthawk app Version: V 2.43.0.4421
I was trying to reinstall the Nighthawk app on "Samsung Galaxy S21" and was unable to login into the app. It shows a white screen or page, as soon as it comes. I tried clearing the cache and the data using app settings. However, when I restart the Nighthawk app it shows the white screen with light blue title bar.
On. my second device "Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra", the Nighthawk app will work, however, I can't access the "Account Management" page. it shows a similar "White page with a light blue title bar". I can't take screenshots to report support request, too.

I believe Netgear is forcing users to buy one of the Netgear Armor Security or Netgear Armor Plus products before login into the nighthawk app. There is NO option to bypass or skip the step for login, when you reinstall the app on a different phone for the existing router device.
There should be a (x) on this screen or swipe down, up or right to continue past. Don't have to buy anything.
Not true. NO X is found on the screen or anywhere.

I fear that your belief may be wrong. That is not my experiennce.
The app does have tiles for those extra services, but if you don't pay up they just take you to an invitation to sign up.
If you see something else, then you have a different issue.
