Nighthawk App won't connect to router
All of a sudden starting yesterday my nighthawk app stopped working and I can no longer access my router. If I connect with 192.168.1.1 from a web browser I can log in as admin and everything works. The app timesout and prompts from a password for admin. I type in the correct admin password and it fails to log in. Model is R7960P purchased at Costco.

May you try reinstalling the Nighthawk app and provide us with the current firmware version your router is on.

I already uninstalled the app on my android phone and re-installed it. I also loaded the app on my ipad and have the same result. Web URL access works from Chrome, the APP does not. It worked fine for the first 2 months or so. The router is up to date. The version is: V1.4.1.50_1.3.10

Hi Mike,
Thanks for confirming. I would recommend performing a factory reset and running through the setup assistant again. Use the Nighthawk app to run through the setup assistant.
