nighthawk app

running version 2.29.1.3147 of nighthawk app for android and my screens do not look like the ones on play store.  any ideas why?  I uninstalled my old version and reinstalled the current and no change.

    What screens are you referring too? Please provide screen captures and post here. 

     

    NH app gets updated so possible pictures seen on the store have not been updated to reflect new stuff.

      The first 2 are what is on my phone, the 2nd 2 are from Google play.

    Which Netgear devices do you own?

     

    Do you have any problems with using the app?

     

    None of your screenshots shows the version of the app.

      I have a RAX43.  I am running app version 2.29.1.3147, and the google play store states the same version.  I uninstalled whatever version I was running and installed the current one from google play.  currently I do not have any issues running the app.

        That's good.

         

        The look of the app depends on a lot of things, including how you have set it to look on your mobile device.

         

        The app also relates to the firmware on your router, so it depends on whatever devices you are trying to control.

         

        Some older devices needed updates to move on from the genie app to the Nighthawk app. The RAX range is young enough to be designed with the Nighthawk app in mind.
