Nighthawk C7000 AC1900 GENIE APP

Question

I have a NETGEAR account. I am trying to set parental controls. I downloaded the GENIE app in IOS. When I try to log in to the GENIE app I get the error message to enter the correct user name and password.

1. I cannot change the user name (admin)

2. I tried both the router password on the box and the default password ("password"). None of them work.

3. I disconnected the "Limit IP Address Tracking" in the WI-FI section of settings. It didn't work.

4. I tried the Nighthawk app but the router is not supported in this app.

The password should be the one you use to log into the router.&nbsp;
When you first setup it up, it should have required you to change it during setup. it'd be whatever you set it to.&nbsp;

Thank you. That is the password that I am using, but it does not work either.
