Nighthawk x6, router was working fine, I used genie last night pause devices and now don't work

Please help

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Are you referring to the Pause Internet feature on the mobile app?

    3. What device are you using (Android, iOS)?

    4. Have you tried using another device?
