Nighthwk Android App

Nighthawk App version V2.4.1.721 for Android.  I am having problems turning  ON/OFF devices from LG G7 and Samsung  Galaxy S7.  when trying to turn a device OFF,  "Please try again later" appears on screen.  I have to use a pc to  turn ON/Off a device. 

I have tried to ON /OFF Controll access but still not helping..   Anyone having any problems or solutions with the lastest Nighthawk Android App?

    Please list the router model and it's firmware version, too. Errors like these are commonly interoperability issues.

    How are you connecting the Nighthawk app to the the RAX120? Local wifi?

     

    If you enable Remote Access and sneak in that way it might work.

     

    You may be able to use Remote Access and Remote Management even if you are on your own network.
