1. What version of the Genie app do you have installed?
2. Is it the same version on the other working computer?
3. What macOS version is the computer using (on the working and non-working)?
4. Have you tried uninstalling an re-installing the app?

- techmasterflashJan 23, 2018AspirantI tried everything. Both Macs running High Sierra. I set up DDNS and VPN and am now able to access remotely.
